Students\, staff and community will march behind the 果冻传媒app ISD Juneteenth banner along with the All-Star Band under the direction of Northeast ECHS Band Director\, Rory Guice. Wh ere to Meet: 果冻传媒app ISD participants will meet no later than 9 a.m. at the Rising Star Baptist Church located at 1710 E. 20th St\, 果冻传媒app\, TX 78722 . We will walk together to the parade entrance. Length of Parade: The para de will begin at 10 a.m. The parade route is approximately 1.2 miles. We w ill reach the end of the parade route at approximately 11:30 a.m. If you p ark at the church\, the bus will take you back immediately following the p arade. You also have the option to attend the Juneteenth Park Festival at the Rosewood and Boggy Creek Park located at the end of the parade. See pa rade map on page 2 below. Transportation to and from the parade is the res ponsibility of each parade participant. What to Wear: Juneteenth T-shirts will be provided upon arrival. (Limited quantity\, first come.) Wear cloth ing suitable for summer heat. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring water. Additional bottled water will be available during the parade. Sunscreen i s highly suggested.
