The EAC works to inform and advise the school district to support the district in consistent and equit able resource allocation\, evaluation\, development and implementation of tools\, policies and practices to achieve racial and social equity for stu dents\, teachers\, staff and the community. The EAC is an advisory group o f individuals who represent different segments of the community. The EAC i s made up of parents\, community members\, students\, and district staff w orking together to achieve equitable outcomes for all students and familie s through coordinated efforts. The EAC serves as an advisory body to the S uperintendent\, who is responsible for administrative decisions and for pr oviding administrative and policy recommendations to the Board for approva l.
